I usually work on the basis of an hourly rate and/or a flat fee. I take into account the complexity or specificity of the case, the urgency, the required language skills, the number of persons involved, etc.

If I advance costs, these will be invoiced at the same cost price.

No administrative costs will be charged except for parking fees and travel expenses (based on the applicable mileage allowance published annually on 1 July on fedweb.belgium.be).

 

Before starting an assignment, I will make an offer which will be discussed with the persons involved. If this quotation is likely to be exceeded, I will inform the persons involved in good time.
